This is part of the Swakopmund Urban Agriculture Project geared to support women within the Swakopmund jurisdiction toward food security and economic vitality in efforts to achieve Sustainable Development Goals such as SDG 1- No Poverty, SDG 2- Zero Hunger, SDG 5- Gender Equality, SDG 8- Decent Work and Economic Growth and SDG 10- Reduced inequalities.

Project title: Provision of agricultural extension services for the Integrated community-based food systems project in Khomas regions. Joint Venture with Food Namibia cc as Technical Partner on the project.
In collaboration with Food Namibia, M&M Integrated Agribusiness cc is re-designing and implementing the Integrated Food systems in the Khomas region. The project sites includes; i. Windhoek Central Prison Garden, ii. Ministry of Gender, Youth & Women Project- Grysblock, iii. Khomasdal Primary school, iv. Otjomuise primary school as well as v. the Groot Aub project. Amongst our tasks includes, revitalising the existing projects to full production, building capacity amongst the beneficiaries in areas of horticutural production as well as commercialising the projects.

Project title: Supply and installation of two (2) x 450 SQM Netshade/greenhouses for production of horticultural produce for sale.
Project title: Technical Specialists- Natural Resource Management: Legal Drafting, Negotiations and Management Plans for the NILALEG Project of the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism.
As Co-Technical Specialists with Climate Dynamics, we have been responsible for legal reviews on national enviromental laws and regulations, negotiations as well as facilitating the development of Forest Management Plans (FMP) and gazetting the State Forests.

Project title: Construction of a 300 SQM greenhouse with automated drip irrigation system and a climate climatic control unit under the “Urban Agriculture” project of the Swakopmund Municipality.
Project title: A Joint project titled Empower to Adapt: Creating Climate Change Resilient Livelihoods through Community-Based Natural Resource Management in Namibia (CBNRM-EDA) for the //Gamaseb and !Gawachab Conservancies, !Karas Region funded by the Environmental Investment Fund (EIF). Under this project, M&M Integrated Agribusiness cc installed a 3000 SQM shade net with drip irrigation system for horticultural production, a hydroponic system for microgreens and animal fodder production, as well as a solar powered borehole. The entire production system is powered by solar energy.
The project is implemented at Gabis village in Karasburg in collaboration with our partner- Climate Dynamics.
