Mr. Mughongora is Natural Resource Management and Research specialist, with specific interest in monitoring and evaluation of projects and boosts over 10 years’ experience in Research, Science, technology and Innovation (RSTI). He holds a BSc in Natural Resources (Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences), an MBA in Natural Resources Management, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation with certifications in Programme Monitoring and Evaluation.
Mr. Mughongora boosts over 7 years in project management, Business Model development having worked in different projects, such as; the Aquaculture projects, DEMOLA projects and other Innovation funding projects. He oversees the strategic direction of the entity.
Mr. Muhembo is a qualified and experienced Agricultural/Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience in designing of agricultural engineering structures including access roads, haulage options, drainage, irrigation systems, mechanization, bulk water supply & management, pipelines, pump stations, canals and drains as well as soil conservation structures.
He holds a Diploma in Agriculture (Crop, Animal & Poultry Production) and a BSc Honours degree in Agricultural/Civil Engineering and was previously an Agricultural Engineer at the Ministry of Agriculture, Water & Forestry and Agricultural Business Development Agency (AGRIBUSDEV) responsible for managing the Green Scheme projects. Over this tenure, Mr Muhembo has gained extensive knowledge and experience in designing of irrigation systems for agronomic production, food systems such as greenhouses and shadenets for horticultural production. He outlines, directs, supervises and conducts the technical aspects of the entity.
